Springboard Deployment Process for Tacit ActiveNet
The Springboard deployment process is a structured methodology that ensures rapid and successful installation, integration, and user adoption of ActiveNet. The process begins with a specific business hotspot so that participating user communities, integration of Tacit into the selected business process, and metrics collection are well defined. Once the software is deployed, Tacit's professional services team works with you to analyze usage and feedback, so you can clearly understand ROI results and plan for a broader rollout.
Training and Support
To ensure ongoing success of your Tacit deployment, we provide complete training in the operations, maintenance, and administration of your Tacit implementation to your IT staff. Training options include:
- User self-paced training: This optional web-based, self-teaching tutorial is available for users who want to go beyond the included application wizards and get more out of the ActiveNet system.
- Tacit offers on-site training programs to take the mystery out of supporting your Tacit installation. Topics covered in this in-depth session include application architecture overview, client and server application installation and configuration, system administration tasks, and basic troubleshooting.
